1. You have to pay first before I start doing your commission.
2. No refunds.
3. While im doing the sketch, you can change everything you need, after approved sketch, only minor changes.
4. If you want specific custom size of canva, you should mention in the request.
5. The deadline can be discussed, but I usually take 3 weeks for finishing.
6. You can request the progress of the commision, don't be scared to ask!
7. Payment via Paypal.
8. The finish work will have a small watermark. Please don't remove it.
